Teriyaki Sauce
Casserole
- 2 dl water
- ½ dl soy sauce
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tblsp honey
- 1 tblsp grated fresh ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger powder
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
Thickener
- 2 tblsp cornstarch
- ½ dl water
Steps

Casserole on medium heat for one minute.

Mix thickener and stir in.

Cook 5-7 minutes until thickened
