Potato leek soup
Ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Leeks, 3 big
- Potatoes, 300 g
- Water, 5 dl
- Chicken bouillon, 1 gel
- Milk, 1 dl
- Salt
- Peber
Method:
1 Start soup
- Chop 2 leeks
- Peel and chop potatos
- Sauté leeks over medium heat for several minutes, until tender
- Add potatoes, water, bouillon
2 Prepare owen
- Take grill out of owen
- Turn on owen on 200 degrees
3 Roast leeks
- Cut 1 leek into long and thin strips
- Fry strips in olive oil until brown
- Leave to dry on paper
4 Bread
- Cut bread in slices
- Arrange all the slice on the grill
5 Finish soup
- Puree soup when potatoes starts to crumble
- Add milk, salt and peber.
6 Present
- Serve soups in bowls
- Drizzle a bit of truffel oil on soup
- Toss a handfull of fried leeks on top
